Can Alcool Test tell me if I'm fit to drive?
No, never. The app shows an indicative estimate, computed from what you declare, with a significant margin of error. It doesn't measure anything physically and cannot guarantee your fitness to drive. The only safe BAC for driving is 0.00. See our Safety & Health page.
Where is my data stored?
Only on your phone. Alcool Test works without any sign-up: your body profile, drinks, history, and statistics are never sent to a server. Details in our privacy policy.
How do I delete my data?
Open Alcool Test → Settings → “Reset my data”. This permanently erases all locally stored data (profile, drinks, history, statistics). You can also simply uninstall the app. Contact us if you run into any issue.
Why do I need to confirm my age at setup?
Alcool Test is reserved for people who have reached the legal drinking age. This confirmation is an honor declaration required before any access to the app.
How do I restore my VIP subscription on a new device?
No sign-up is needed: open the VIP screen and tap “Restore purchases”. Your subscription is retrieved automatically through your Google Play account, as long as you use the same account.
Is the app free?
Yes, the core app is free and ad-supported. An optional VIP subscription unlocks additional features; its terms and pricing are always shown in-app before purchase.
Why do I see a tracking permission request or a consent form?
These popups are required by regulation (GDPR consent forms) for advertising and analytics. You can decline everything without affecting the app's functionality, and change your choice anytime in settings.
